The hotel was what I enjoyed during the trip. I had a spotless room with a view and everything was perfect. It was in an excellent and stunning location on the sea front too:)))

We truly enjoyed the property and would definitely return here. Had a very relaxing stay for 8 nights. There were very good breakfasts with heated food and savoury slices, for instance and the location was good...

The beachfront access was a highlight, while the breakfast offered a good range of options. We found the room storage a bit lacking, which could be improved.

The location. Very nice beach. Hotel is located on a quiet street. Easy walk into Old Town. Several good tavernas next door.
I am not a fan of small bathrooms or showers. So this is not a strike against this particular hotel, but rather a strike against the traditional design of bathrooms in general in lower cost European hotels.

The exterior and interior of the hotel is very nice, enjoyed a lot seating on a hotel terrace and the whole outside area and their own beach, nice view of fortress also.
The room could be more comfortable and bigger, but as you will not spent lot of time inside, its ok.

The hotel's private beach area was both spacious and comfortable, providing ample sunshine and a charming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly varied and allowed for a lovely breakfast overlooking the beach, an absolute treat.
Noisy road traffic.

The hotel is close enough to Rethymno, but it is far enough away to feel removed from the main tourist area. There are great facilities for children, especially the pool area and "private" beach, and the staff are very accommodating towards families. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
Free wi-fi would have been great.

I like the morning meal. Great variety. Although it was tiring going down and all the steps just to get a cup of coffee or another peice of toast. The free sunbeds were nice.
The old furniture in the room was so shabby. I felt like I was staying at my Grandmothers house and was back in the 1970s. The bathroom was so small I coud hardly turn around and the bathtub was a joke. The hotel was located along a busy road and we had to take a taxi to go out for dinner every night. The road is busy and dusty and not walkable. The food the hotel served for dinner is overpriced, bland and touristy.

Great location great people working there especially Costa, Babis and Eva.
There was hardly any parking as the staff parked their motor bikes there and customers who rented cars or owned cars had no access to the parking.
